The Central Government, as of 28 June 2026, reaffirmed DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing) as India’s “One Nation, One Digital Platform” for school education, highlighting its expanding role in digital learning, teacher training, and inclusive education.
What is DIKSHA?
- DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing) is a national digital learning platform for school education in India. It was launched in 2017 to provide high-quality, curriculum-aligned digital educational resources to students, teachers, and parents.
- It is managed by National Council of Educational Research and Training NCERT with support from Central Institute of Educational Technology Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET).

1. Curriculum-Based Learning Platform
- Provides educational resources from Foundational Stage to Class 12
- Content aligned with NCERT and State Board curricula
