Fair and Remunerative Price for Sugarcane for the 2026-27 Sugar Season

- The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has fixed the Fair and Remunerative Price (FRP) for sugarcane at ₹365 per quintal for the 2026-27 sugar season (October-September).

- Determination Process: The FRP for sugarcane is determined based on the recommendations of the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP).
