First Solar-Powered Mobile ATM Van Launched

  • Tripura Gramin Bank (TGB) has become the first Regional Rural Bank (RRB) in India to launch a solar-powered mobile ATM van.

Israel announces withdrawal from 7 UN agencies

  • President Trump, under his "America First" policy, has ordered the withdrawal from 66 global bodies and agreements. These include important organizations such as the Paris Climate Agreement, the World Health Organization (WHO), and UNESCO.
  • Following in the footsteps of the US, Israel has also announced its withdrawal from seven United Nations (UN) agencies.
  • Israel alleges that these agencies (such as UNRWA and UNHRC) are biased against it and are lenient towards elements that promote terrorism.
