Aryaman Finance Limited Receives CoR to Operate as NBFC

- Aryaman Financial Services Limited (AFSL)’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Aryaman Finance (India) Limited, has received a Certificate of Registration (CoR) from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to start operations as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
- The company has been classified as a Type II NBFC – Non-Deposit Taking Investment and Loan Company (NBFC-ICC).
- AFSL, which is a SEBI-registered Category-I Merchant Banker, will now be able to expand into loan, investment, and credit activities.
