44th India International Trade Fair

  • The 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 is being organized from 14 November to 27 November at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

44th India International Trade Fair:

  • Organizer: India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO)
  • Theme: “Ek Bharat – Shreshtha Bharat” (One India – Best India)
  • Partner States: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra
  • Focus State: Jharkhand

Jharkhand Foundation Day

  • Jharkhand Foundation Day is celebrated every year on 15 November.
  • This day commemorates the creation of Jharkhand in the year 2000, when the southern districts of Bihar were separated to form India's 28th state.
  • The day also marks the birth anniversary of the great tribal leader and freedom fighter Bhagwan Birsa Munda, who is popularly known as “Dharti Aaba” (Father of the Earth).

10th Anniversary of the AMRUT Scheme

  • The 10th anniversary of the “Affordable Medicines and Reliable Implants for Treatment” (AMRUT) scheme was celebrated on 15 November 2025.

  • The first AMRUT centre was launched on 15 November 2015 at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda

  • He died on 9 June 1900 at the age of just 25 in Ranchi Jail
