Building Cyber Resilience Towards a Cyber Jagrit Bharat
- The Ministry of Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) held a knowledge session under Chairmanship of Secretary, MSME on “Building Cyber Resilience Towards a Cyber Jagrit Bharat” in hybrid mode, as part of the National Cyber Security Awareness Month.
Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the New Mangalore Port
- The Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways Shri Sarbananda Sonowal inaugurated the Curtain Raiser Ceremony of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
- On this occasion a state-of-the-art cruise terminal, modern covered storage facilities, a 150-bed multi-speciality hospital, expanded truck terminals, and upgraded port access infrastructure was launched by minister.
Three new Dr. Ambedkar Chairs
- Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment organized the MoU Signing Ceremony for the establishment of three new Dr. Ambedkar Chairs in three Universities; Mumbai University, Jaipur National University and GB Panth University of Technical and Agriculture University at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), New Delhi.

7th Indian Chemicals and Petrochemicals Conference
- The 7th Indian Chemicals and Petrochemicals Conference (ICPC) was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with the theme "Enabling Competitiveness: India's Pathway to Global Leadership" in New Delhi.

Farmers Training & Processing Centre

WMO Report on increasing carbon levels
- The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) reported that carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere have reached their highest point on record, with a notable increase of 3.5 parts per million between 2023 and 2024, the largest single-year jump since 1957.
IUCN World Conservation Congress
- The IUCN World Conservation Congress concluded in Abu Dhabi after a week of high-level deliberations that shaped a renewed global conservation agenda.
- The IUCN World Heritage Outlook 2025 revealed that only 57 per cent of natural World Heritage sites now have a positive conservation outlook, down from 62 percent in 2020, as climate change, invasive species, and diseases intensify.
Sundarbans won FAO recognition
- A model of Sustainable Aquaculture in Mangrove Ecosystems (SAIME) developed by the Nature Environment and Wildlife Society (NEWS) in West Bengal’s Sundarbans has been conferred Global Technical Recognition by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
- The recognition was conferred on the non-governmental organisation during FAO’s 80th Anniversary Celebrations and the World Food Forum at its headquarters in Rome, Italy.

Military Combat Parachute System
- The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has successfully tested the indigenously developed Military Combat Parachute System (MCPS) with a freefall jump from an altitude of 32,000 feet.
- The Indian Air Force (IAF) executed the jump, showcasing the system's efficiency and advanced features for high-altitude combat operations.
Samudra Shakti – 2025
- The Indian Navy hosted the fifth 5th edition of the Indo-Indonesian Joint Bilateral Maritime Exercise, 'Samudra Shakti – 2025', at Visakhapatnam.
- The exercise highlights shared commitment of both nations towards maintaining stability and peace in the Indo-Pacific region.

Commonwealth Games 2030
- The Executive Board of Commonwealth Sport has recommended Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, as the proposed host city for the 2030 Centenary Commonwealth Games.
- The final decision will be made by the full Commonwealth Sport membership at the General Assembly in Glasgow on November 26, 2025.
