• The Central Government has invited public feedback on the draft Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2025.

Airbus and IndiGo executives meet

• External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu held a high-level meeting with top executives from Airbus and IndiGo in New Delhi to strengthen India’s civil aviation sector and deepening economic ties between India and Europe.

NIELIT Digital University (NDU) Platform

• Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Digital University (NDU) Platform in New Delhi.
• Five NIELIT Centres at Muzaffarpur in Bihar , Balasore in Odisha, Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, Lunglei in Mizoram and Daman were also inaugurated .

MSP Revision for Rabi crops

• Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, hiked Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for all mandated Rabi crops for the 2026-27 marketing season.
• The sharpest hike has been announced for safflower, with an increase of 600 rupees per quintal, followed by lentil (masur) at 300 rupees per quintal. The MSP of rapeseed and mustard has been raised by 250 rupees per quintal, gram by 225 rupees per quintal, barley by 170 rupees per quintal, and wheat by 160 rupees per quintal.

Tribal Village Vision 2030 Declaration

• The Tribal Village Vision 2030 Declaration was adopted by 1 lakh tribal-dominated villages in India on October 2, 2025.
• The declaration is a core component of the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, a grassroots initiative by the Indian Ministry of Tribal Affairs to empower tribal communities as co-creators of their own development.
