PLI Scheme on White Goods
- The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has reopened the application window for the Production Linked Incentive Scheme for White Goods, including ACs and LED Lights.
- White goods are large, heavy household appliances used for domestic chores like cooking, cleaning, and climate control, traditionally finished in white enamel but now available in various colours.

89th General Meeting of IEC
- India hosted the 89th General Meeting (GM) of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi which was organised by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
