Cholera Outbreak in Chad
- Chad is facing a serious cholera outbreak. According to the Ministry of Health of Chad, as of now, 113 deaths have been reported and 1,631 suspected cases have been recorded since July 2025.
- The first case was reported on 13 July at the Dougui Refugee Camp in the Eastern Ouaddai region, which houses around 20,000 Sudanese refugees.
