Conference on Disaster management
- Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Dr. P. K. Mishra chaired the valedictory session of an annual Conference of Relief Commissioners and State Disaster Response Force of States and Union Territories was organised by Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi.

Banakacharla project
- The Telangana State government has called for an all-party meeting with Members of Parliament from Telangana, including those from both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, to discuss the Banakacharla project.
- It is in response to Andhra Pradesh government’s submitted proposals to the Central Water Resources department regarding the construction of the Banakacharla project.

MahaAgri-AI 2025-29
- The Maharashtra Cabinet has approved MahaAgri-AI 2025-29, the state’s agriculture-artificial intelligence policy which aims to bring significant transformation in the agriculture sector through the use of artificial intelligence, generative AI, drones, computer vision, robotics, and predictive analytics.
- The State Cabinet has also granted an extension to the Mahavedh project under the central government’s WINDS (Weather Information Network Data System) initiative.

Bihar Cabinet nod to MoU with AAI
- The Bihar Cabinet approved the signing of an MoU between the Airports Authority of India and the State government for developing six small airports under the Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik (UDAN) scheme in the State.

Bill to check inflated hospital charges
- The West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration, Regulation, and Transparency) (Amendment) Bill, 2025 was passed by West Bengal which aims to regulate the cost of treatment in private clinical establishments in the State and protect patients from unexpected, inflated charges for health care.

Kerala HC bans single-use

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi holds bilateral meeting with his Canadian counterpart Mark Carney on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Kananaskis.

Treaty on Eternal Good Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation

- Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, inaugurated India’s largest Gatishakti Multi Modal Cargo Terminal in Manesar, Haryana.
SEBI approves NSE’s expiry
- The National Stock Exchange (NSE) announced that it has received approval from the capital markets regulator SEBI to change the expiry day for equity derivatives from Thursday to Tuesday and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has been given the go-ahead to shift its expiry day from Tuesday to Thursday.
