India's wheat production
- India's wheat production for the 2024-25 marketing season is projected to reach nearly 106 million tonnes, marking less than the government estimate of 112 million metric tons.
- The major wheat producing states in India are Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar and Gujarat.
- India is the world's biggest wheat consumer and grower after China.

- Indian tennis player Sumit Nagal has become first ever Indian to win main draw match at Monte Carlo Masters.
- He also becomes the first-ever male Indian singles player to win a Masters 1000 match on clay.
- He is only the third Indian to feature in the main draw in Monte Carlo after Vijay Amritraj in 1977 and Ramesh Krishanan in 1982.

- India's first military grade geospatial satellite manufactured in the private sector has been successfully launched and placed in orbit.
- Tata Advanced Systems Ltd (TASL) & Satellogic launched TSAT-1A, India's first private sub-metre resolution earth observation satellite.
