National Broadcasting Policy-2024

  • Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released a Consultation Paper on inputs for formulation of National Broadcasting Policy-2024.

Indian economy to grow at 7.5%

  • World Bank projected Indian economy to grow at 7.5% in 2024.
  • Overall, growth in South Asia is expected to be strong at 6.0 per cent in 2024.

Exercise ‘Gagan Shakti’

  • Indian Air Force is conducting its biggest exercise ‘Gagan Shakti’ at the Pokhran Field Firing Range in Jaisalmer district.
