Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi will digitally launch the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA) through video conferencing at a programme in Sir Kawasji Jahangir Convocation Hall of Mumbai University.
• A grant of 20 crore rupees has been approved for the infrastructure and educational development of Mumbai University.

Poverty and Hunger Alleviation Fund

• India has contributed 1 million US Dollars to the Poverty and Hunger Alleviation Fund established by India, Brazil, and South Africa(IBSA).
• The IBSA Facility for Poverty and Hunger Alleviation (IBSA Fund) was established jointly by grouping in March 2004 and it became operational in 2006.

• The second Foreign Office Consultations between India and Eswatini were held in Mbabane.
• India had opened its High Commission in Eswatini in 2019. Eswatini is a landlocked country in Southern Africa.

Khajuraho Dance Festival

• Khajuraho Dance Festival will be inaugurated by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
• The festival is being organised by the Culture Department of the Madhya Pradesh Government in collaboration with Ustad Alauddin Khan Academy of Music and Arts.
