Naughty Boy

  • ISRO will launch meteorological satellite into space onboard a Geosynchronous Launch Vehicle (GSLV) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
  • The agency will be using a rocket that has been dubbed the "naughty boy" to launch the satellite.

India, Colombia sign MoU

  • India and Colombia have signed an MoU on Cooperation in the field of Sharing Successful Digital Solutions Implemented at Population Scale for Digital Transformation.
  • It was signed between the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and the Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia.

  • India has initiated an anti-dumping probe into imports of certain solar glass from China and Vietnam, following a complaint by domestic players.
  • Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) is probing the alleged dumping of ‘Textured Tempered Coated and Uncoated Glass’ from China and Vietnam.
