• Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh launched the Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System (IGMS) 2.0 Public Grievance portal and Automated Analysis in Tree Dashboard portal of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG).

• 22nd Law Commission has recommended the government to retain the existing age of consent under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

Millets for Military Ration

• A two-day National Conference on ‘Millets for Military Ration and Specific Nutritional Requirements’ was inaugurated by Raksha Rajya Mantri Ajay Bhatt in Mysuru, Karnataka.
• The conference has been organised by Defence Food Research Laboratory.

• Indian Air Force will buy 156 more ‘Prachand’ Light Combat helicopters for deployment along China, Pakistan borders.

• Women's Squash Team (Dipika Pallikal, Joshna Chinappa, Anahat Singh and Tanvi) won Bronze Medal in Asian Games.
• Swapnil Kusale, Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar and Akhil Sheoran won Gold medal in the Men's 50m Rifle 3Ps team event.
• Aishwary Pratap Singh won Silver Medal in 50m Rifle Men's 3P event.
• Men's Doubles pair of Ramkumar Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni won Silver medal in Tennis Doubles event.
• Palak won Gold medal and Esha Singh won Silver medal in 10m Air Pistol Women event.
• Divya Thadigol, Esha Singh and Palak won a Silver Medal in the 10m Air Pistol Women's team event.
• Kiran Baliyan won a bronze medal in the women's shot put event. It was India's first medal in athletics at the Asian Games 2023.
