• India retains 40th rank out of 132 economies in the Global Innovation Index 2023 rankings. 
• It is published by the World Intellectual Property Organization.

GEM Sahay 2.0

• Government E-Marketplace will launch GeM Sahay 2.0 for the sellers to provide easy access to loans up to 10 lakh rupees. 
• GeM Sahay 2.0 is a mobile-based inclusive lending platform enabling sellers to avail loans on acceptance of an order on the GeM platform.
