• Recently Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of World Health Organization has visited India, on this occasion he meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
• Doctor Tedros is participating in the World Health Organization Global Summit on Traditional Medicine to be held on 17th and 18th of this month in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

• WHO started work from April 7, 1948, so currently World Health Day is celebrated every year on April 7.
