FTI-TTP

  • The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Home Affairs has launched a Fast Track Immigration Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi to facilitate international mobility with faster, smoother and more secure immigration clearance.

Digital Shakti Center

Justice Gita Mittal Committee

PM-SYM

  • The Ministry of Labour and Employment has informed that by the end of July, more than 50 lakh workers from the unorganised sector had enrolled for the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan (PM-SYM) Scheme.
  • Haryana has registered the highest number 8.25 lakh unorganised workers, followed by over 6.8 lakh from Uttar Pradesh and more than 6.1 lakh unorganised workers from Maharashtra under this scheme.

UP-AGREES

  • The state govt is set to launch the Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Growth and Rural Enterprise Ecosystem Strengthening (UP-AGREES) project to rejuvenate the agriculture sector and encourage agriculture-based industries.

 Solar Parks in Bundelkhand Region

  • The Uttar Pradesh government is set to develop solar parks to transform the Bundelkhand region into a solar energy hub.
  • The largest of these solar parks is being established in Jhansi, Lalitpur, and Chitrakoot, where a 2,000 MW solar plant will be installed.

Himachal Pradesh announced free treatment for cancer patients

  • The Himachal Pradesh government has announced free treatment and medicines for cancer patients. The state government will provide 42 medicines free to cancer patients in government hospitals and these medicines have been included in the state's essential medicine list.
